1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. No handling fees, no surcharges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. And because we ship from our warehouse in Welshpool, WA, there are no customs or import charges either.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days: 2–3 business days for us to pack and dispatch, then 4–9 business days in transit with Australia Post. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
3. Can I return something if it's not right?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email us and we'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 14 days of your return reaching us.
4. Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. The entire checkout is encrypted, and payments are handled by PCI DSS certified providers — we never see or store your card details, only the last 4 digits. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
